 UntitledI finished this piece before my husband and I were married. It was placed at the head of our dinner table during our reception. I was happy when people told me they thought those were photographs and not paintings! People could place their face in the holes and take pictures.  Dry Lake BedI took a photo of a dry lake bed and placed it into photo shop. After I decided on what I wanted to paint, I drew the image on using a box grid (1" x 1").  Music in ColorAcrylic paint on two poster board sheets, and colored sand. 2007 |  Da Vinci Egg DropAs a class, we did our best to design a Da Vinci like invention to hold an egg. Once it is created, we then dropped our invention from a cherry picker to see if the invention would fly and keep the egg from breaking. Because of wind, mine flew as intended, but smashed against the cherry picker, breaking my invention and the egg. I was able to fix it, and it now hangs with a fake egg inside in my art room.
